We collect only the information you choose to give us. On the membership inquiry form that includes your name, organization, job title, email address, phone number, organization website, primary industry, state, your involvement with the H-2B program, and any message you write. On the contact form it includes your name, email address, organization, topic, and message.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account details, or health information.

Information submitted through a form is used to respond to your inquiry and, where you have asked about membership, to discuss participation in the Council. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

The Letter Desk described on the Contact Congress page is not currently active. If and when it launches, any message you compose will be shown to you for review before it is sent, nothing will be sent without your explicit consent, and advocacy message content will not be retained longer than required without your explicit consent. Names, addresses, and ZIP codes provided for representative lookup will be handled under this policy and described in detail before the feature is activated.

Program figures published on this site are derived from public disclosure data released by the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Foreign Labor Certification. We do not publish employer identification numbers, personal names, phone numbers, email addresses, other private contact fields, or full street-level addresses from that data. Map points are placed at a city or ZIP code centroid.

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track visitors across other websites. If basic usage analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to describe them before they are enabled.

Inquiry and contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of Council correspondence. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
